2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sahal. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Sahal is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Credits & Payments

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Sahal credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Pricing may change; you will be notified of significant changes.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Sahal for any illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam, or to circumvent telecommunications regulations. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sahal's liability is limited to the amount of credits in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sahal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
